DANA represents charitable nonprofits throughout the state of Delaware. Our members include the entire spectrum of the nonprofit sector - the arts, education, health, human service, religious, and philanthropic institutions. All are committed to the strengthening of the nonprofit sector in Delaware for the benefit of the whole community - clients, providers, policy-makers, and the general public.

SFX DANA is proud to roll out the Standards for Excellence® program in Delaware! August 2008 - Kicked off with a training program in August 2008 on using the Standards in organizations to improve our governance and ethics, we will begin offering programs on best practices and accountability. A New Direction for DANA
April 2008 - You may have heard that DANA has entered into a strategic partnership, allowing the organization to have a full-time program director, and utilizing the resources of our partner, the state association in Maryland, including their back-office support and their nonprofit expertise ranging from finance to legal to fundraising to board governance. This is a great opportunity for DANA! It will allow us to focus on strengthening the nonprofit sector in Delaware, and give us so many additional resources.
