Refund Policy

The Refund Policy of the Delaware Association of Nonprofit Agencies is for your ease of mind and confidence in our service.

If, for ANY reason, you wish a refund, please contact us, either by calling us or using the feedback form.

Please tell us the date of your transaction and the amount, and the credit card number and expiration date. (This sensitive data is not in our files, to protect your privacy.) We also would like to know the reason for the refund so we may pass that along to the client for whom you made the transaction.

The Delaware Association of Nonprofit Agencies offers both full and partial refunds. They are handled as soon as we are notified and provided the appropriate information.

If your transaction was not with us, but with a company associated with us, you will need to request the refund directly from that company if they handled the original transaction.
