This 2012 report profiled the impact of the great recession on nonprofits and features insights on their impact.
Voices of Board Chairs: A National Study on the Perspective of Nonprofit Board Chairs
This 2016 study provides insights on the role of the nonprofit board chair, their relationships with CEOs and the challenges they face.
Leading with Intent
This 2017 study by Board Source provides a performance index of nonprofit boards, their work and their relationship to organizational performance. This study is fielded every two to three years and provides trends in board performance.
Board Engagement in Delaware
This academic research study profiled factors that influence nonprofit board engagement in Delaware. This was the first study of its kind which looked at how degrees of identification of the board and nonprofit organization influenced board member engagement in providing resources or monitoring.

2019 DELAWARE SEXUAL HARASSMENT NOTICE
This new law against sexual harassment passed in 2018 extends protections to all individuals, in all workplaces, including employees, applicants, apprentices, staffing agency workers, independent contractors, elected officials and their staff, agricultural workers, domestic workers, and unpaid interns.
