Board Meeting Details
Our board meets virtually on weekdays during work hours
Our committees meet at the same time as the board
We are a large board of more than 10 people and more than 3 committees
Our board has the following committees: Board Nominating/Board Governance, Finance/Audit, Fundraising/Development, HR/Personnel, Property, Programs, and Other
We elect our board of directors in March
Board Needs
We are especially interested in candidates with the following skills: Accounting/Auditing, Finance/Financial Management, Information Technology, Legal, Nonprofit/Government, Risk Management
Number of board openings: multiple
We are not seeking to fill a specific officer position.
Our board does require an annual financial contribution from members of no suggested amount but it is meaningful to the board member.
