DANA provides Executive Directors, Board Chairs, and the Board of Directors many different learning and networking opportunities to strengthen their skills and practices to be confident and effective in advancing their community impact.
Leadership
DANA knows that nonprofits depend on effective leadership to successfully enact their missions and programs. Effective leadership consists of a partnership between the board and management, with each playing an essential role. Understanding and negotiating these shared and complex elements of leadership is essential to an organization’s success.
