Wilmington, DE – July 25, 2024 – DANA, the Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement, announced at its annual meeting of its members the election of four new Board Directors, each serving a three-year term.
The newly elected board members are:
Additionally, two current board members—Guillermina Gonzalez of Wilmington University and Tom Sheridan of The Sheridan Group—were elected to a second term.
DANA also recognized the valuable contributions of departing board members Vickie Young Beam of Cover & Rossiter, Dominic Canuso, formerly with WSFS Bank, and Jerry Penrose, formerly with the Longwood Foundation. Â
Sheila Bravo, DANA President and CEO, expressed her appreciation and enthusiasm of the Board of Directors: “DANA has an engaged Board of Directors; and though I will miss the hardworking board members who have left the board, I look forward to working with these new Board Directors to advance DANA’s mission. The diverse expertise and perspectives of our new and returning board members will be instrumental in guiding DANA’s efforts to strengthen and support Delaware’s nonprofit sector.”
