Wilmington, DE – Nationally acclaimed governance expert, Charles Elson will speak with nonprofit leaders on the role and impact of good governance. Charles Elson is the Director of The John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware.

As the market landscape rapidly changes, nonprofits require greater capacity to adapt quickly, while also remaining transparent to donors. The role of the board and its governance policies are more critical than ever. Thanks to a generous grant from M&T Bank, this event is free to Delaware nonprofits.
