Members, share your board recruiting needs with us and DANA will connect you with board-trained professionals who match your desired criteria. This is a service is offered to DANA members at no extra cost!

We will consider a variety of criteria to ensure the greatest possible chance that the board candidate enjoys a successful board match. Your organization is not required to accept DANA’s first recommendation, and we will continue to work with you to identify the best candidate for your needs. Once you find your match, discounted training will be available to help them improve their capacity for board service.
