Board Meeting Details
Our board meets on weekdays during work hours virtually or in the New Castle County (Wilmington) area
We are a Medium board with more than 10 people with at least one active committee, but less than three.
Board Needs
We are especially interested in candidates with the following skills:
Communications and PR, Finance/Financial Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing/Social Media, Executive Management, Management Consulting
Number of board openings: multiple
We are not seeking to fill a specific officer position.
Our board doesn't requires an annual financial contribution from members.
