Board Meeting Details
Our board meets on weekday evenings
Our committees meets on the 3rd Tuesday from 4-6pm every other month. Most meetings are held virtually. When in person, usually the meetings would be held in the New Castle County Middletown area
We are a small board of less than 10 people
Board Needs
We are especially interested in candidates with the following skills: Legal, Human Resources, Philanthropy, Fundraising/Fund Development, Communication and PR, Nonprofit/Government, Finance/Financial Management
Number of board openings: multiple
We are not seeking to fill a specific officer position.
Our board doesn't requires an annual financial contribution from members.
Our board asks our members to participate in fundraising: Help with planning and prospecting as well as fundraising
