Our Mission

Delaware Ecumenical Council on Children and Families is the only statewide interdenominational health and wellness common connector of congregations and communities. We are driven to collaborate and use alliances to expand our ability to better serve families, children, older adults, and people with disabilities, through education and training programming, as well as direct services and advocacy demonstrating love in action.

Our board meets on weekday evenings virtually or in the New Castle County (Wilmington Area)
Our committees meet at the same time as the board meetings
We are a small board of less than 10 people 

We elect our board of directors 

Board Needs

We are especially interested in candidates with the following skills: Accounting/Auditing, Communications and PR, Fundraising/Fund Development, Legal, Marketing/Social Media, and Other

Number of board openings: 1

We are not seeking to fill a specific officer position.

Our board doesn't require an annual financial contribution from members.

Our board doesn't ask our members to participate in fundraising:
