About Our Organization
CCArts.org
CCArts has been experiencing a renewal over the past five years with significantly improved financials: class offerings and participant growth. CCArts has an active and involved Board. The organization is finishing the third year of a strategic plan with specific goals and deadlines and the board has just finished creating a three-year extension of that plan. Under the leadership of Executive Director Melissa Paolercio, the organization is focused on moving forward and working to become an outstanding art education organization in northern Delaware. The organization welcomes a diverse population and serves many neurodiverse students, both children and adults. We also have partnerships in the deaf community and had our first summer camp for that population in the summer of 2024.
