Board Meeting Details

Our board meets on weekday evenings virtually or in the NCC (Wilmington) area
Our committees meet at the same time as the board
We are a medium board of more than 10 people with at least one active committee

Our board has the following committees: Finance/Audit

We elect our board of directors 

Board Needs

We are especially interested in candidates with the following skills: Education, Fundraising/Fund Development, HR, Sales/Business Development

Number of board openings: Multiple

We are not seeking to fill a specific officer position.

Our board does require an annual financial contribution from members of $1000

Our board asks our members to participate in fundraising: Give or Get a specific amount, help with asking, help with planning/prospecting
