Board Meeting Details
Our board meets on weekday evenings, either in New Castle County or virtually.
We are a small board, looking to grow.
We elect new members to our board irregularly, as potential new members express interest.
Board Needs
We are especially interested in candidates with the following skills: accounting, education, fundraising, legal, marketing, advertising, philanthropy, real estate/facilities, strategy, information technology, communications and PR, event planning.
Number of board openings: multiple.
Our board requires an annual financial contribution from members of $50.
