We are a medium board of more than 10 people with at least one active committee, but less than three
Our board has the following committees: Board Nominating/Board Governance, Finance/Audit, Marketing/Communications. Subcommittee meetings are typically held virtually during the weekdays

We are especially interested in candidates with the following skills: Fundraising/Fund Development, Accounting/Auditing

We are not seeking to fill a specific officer position.
Our board does requires an annual financial contribution from members of about $100-$1000 in November
Our board asks our members to participate in fundraising, specifically help with planning/prospecting and asking.
