There is a shortage of 23,000 rental units for low-income households in Delaware. Waiting lists for subsidized rental housing or Section 8 housing assistance vouchers are often closed…and that’s just part of the story. NeighborGood Partners is working toward helping low and moderate-income Delawareans get housing.
