Daniel Walker is currently the Deputy Cabinet Secretary for the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services. He is a recognized organizational leadership expert who has led efforts to transform organizational effectiveness and improve service delivery models. Additionally, he has a strong background in public policy working at the intersection of criminal justice, education, workforce, and economic mobility. He is a Milbank Leaders Fellow and a Policy Innovator in Education Fellow.
