Eric M. Bethea Sr. has joined DANA as Operations Director.  He brings over 26 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and operations. His last few positions have been leading organizations in the for-profit sector.  Prior to that, he had a career in the Non-Profit sector.  Eric is a native son of Philadelphia, PA.  His leadership began at an early age for Eric within his community of Francisville, while attending school in the Philadelphia Public School system. Eric achieved his Master of Organizational Development from Wilmington University and his Bachelor of Special Education from Cheney University.

With a focus on being a public servant, Eric continues his forward thinking and expertise to community boards and foundations.  He fosters accountability, and corporate and community-based governance for nonprofit strategic sustainability.
