The Annual Meeting of the Members will be conducted via ZOOM, and registration is REQUIRED. The Ballot for nonprofit members to vote on nominees for DANA Board of Directors to serve a term beginning 2026 has been sent to the Executive Director or Board Chair of each nonprofit member.

Join DANA’s public policy team every other Friday at 10 a.m. for a community of practice where we discuss the ongoings of the General Assembly as they relate to our sector and work through our own organization’s policy initiatives. This meeting is intended for public policy-focused professionals to come together as we all work through our policy agenda. This is the best forum to receive public policy support from DANA and stay informed on the public policy work DANA is engaging in on behalf of the sector.
Community of Practice: Executive Director/CEO

DANA’s Communities of Practice are offered as a way to build relationships and share best practices between and among staff who hold similar positions. They are offered free of charge as a benefit to DANA members. The Executive Director/CEO Group is for those nonprofit professionals who are Executive Directors or CEOs of their organizations. Though there is no cost to participate, registration is required.

Insights and Guidelines for the new Delaware EARNS Retirement Program

The Delaware State Treasurer recognizes this struggle for many workers across the state and created EARNS to help employees achieve greater financial security. DANA On-Demand
DANA is pleased to offer on-demand higher education and professional development courses. Some are approved for CFRE and/or CEU credits. These classes will complement our local learning opportunities. Topics include: leadership, management, finance, human resource, marketing, social media, and project management. Nonprofit professionals can complete these courses from any location on their own time and at their own pace.
